I am getting married and we are wanting to put our dog's paw print on the marriage license. Any suggestons?

I'm looking for a pet-safe ink. I would rather do ink than paint, but want to use whatever is safest for our baby! I would appreciate any knowledge or ideas.

When I was doing an invitation to a pet themed part we used a paw print announcement kit from bed bath and beyond. I looked at it and it is made by a company called pearson and the pets paw goes on something like carbon paper. It worked great on cardstock and there was no ink on Molly's little toes so nothing to harm her.
