I am getting emails that I have paw mail. It says I have 7 messages, but I cannot retrieve them since 1/09

Go to the bottom of the Dogster.com page, where it says "Contact dogster" and give them an email telling them what happened/what the problem is.
I've done that before and it solved my problem, even after posting a question, that nobody answered.
