I would suggest you do some serious study about guard dogs and your legal responsibilities as well as discuss this with your insurance company and also give some serious consideration to how you are going to handle these dogs with your young children, especially when they have friends over to visit.
A good alarm system would most likely be much cheaper AND much safer!!!

Harper Lee

Dogs are living beings that shouldn't be expected to protect you. They are companions NOT security guards! My husband almost died because he was attacked by someone's guard dog that got loose. Like another poster said- get an alarm system. It's better for everyone, especially the poor dog who would be used as a tool.
