How Often Should I feed a Bichon Frise puppy?
And is there some special things that should be in the food?
I'm planning on getting one and this could really help me! :*

Small breeds should be eating at least 3 times a day. They don't need anything except any decent dog food. Most likely, it would do best if you continued what it was weaned on at least for a while. Nobody has any proof the more expensive foods are any better than the common brands.
I wouldn't listen to our vitamin saleslady.

There are plenty of studies that show a diet with quality meat ingredients and quality ingredients over all do have an effect on the health of our pets. Just as diet influences our health it does our pets as well. Grocery store brands are full of cheap ingredients, poor quality ingredients, and have had numerous quality control problems including recalls.
Our pets can't choose for themselves and deserve better.
