How long a puppy cries when left alone

I've a 11 wk german shepherd puppy.Me & my husband both work.I stay in front of ofc & I leave for ofc @12pm.I go home @2.30pm and 4.30pm to play & feed her.My husband is back by 6pm. But she cries when I'm not home.I'm keeping her in a small closed room which is fully secure and have a pad where she eliminates.
