My mom taught her beagle to say "momma" She made it sit still and said momma over and over for a week. it eventually mimicked her. Good luck :)

I've heard of dogs that can do that, but have never seen one. I wouldn't know where to begin! Good luck!

I would send a paw mail to the people on here that there dogs speak. They may be more helpful.

I think it is just a natural ability. Every dog has it's talents and some dogs are just more "talkative" than others.

I'm not the most educated pup, but I've some experience I'd like to suggest.

Start by taking your dog out to a nice dinner

Then surprise Milo by taking you both to an airport and going on a romantic getaway weekend.

End it with a gift of a bejeweled water bowl or collar.

If that doesn't make Milo say "I Love You" I don't know what will.
