I actually had this problem w/ an unfriendly dogster pup that was sending me "not-so-nice" pup mails. I immediately contacted the folks at Dogster. They informed me that there wasn't a way to "block" pup mails from a certain user yet they nicely offered to contact the unfriendly user on my behalf. That proved to be very helpful.
