How do I stop my mastiff from shedding?

Sorry---it comes with the territory! Mastiffs are considered heavy shedders. There is no stopping it! Definitely something you would've learned by researching the breed before purchasing!

However, I did notice a decrease in my two shedding when they were put on a raw diet. I still find mastiff hairballs in the corners of my house and under my couch, but it's nothing like it has been before!

My mom uses a "Furminator" thingie on us, and it takes most all of our loose hair off of us. She likes it because she doesn't have to vaccuum as much.
