How do I know if my dog is mixed or what is he mixed with?

He looks German Shepherd to me but the picture is a little blurry.

There is no way to be 100%, sure-fire sure. All you can do is guess. They are supposed to have breed-tests out now, but they don't seem to be very accurate since they can only identify 38 breeds. And I question their ability to accurately tell you what breed a certain dog is anyway.
From the picture, he looks like a purebred German Shepherd, but it is blurry and we also need to see a full body pic and a head close-up pic.

You've had some good answers. There really is no way to know for sure (unless you met both parents). By the picture your dog looks like a Husky / Shepherd mix.

But it doesn't really matter! Enjoy your dog! Papers and pedigrees mean nothing when it comes to having fun.

I can't tell what breed you look like from the pictuer it is to small and blurry. from what I can see you he looks like a german shepard mix
