I'd make sure she has some good quality dog food. Brands like Wellness, Eagle Pack or Canidae are great choices. So is the lower cost Natural Balance. All of them are fairly rich foods, so she should be tempted by them.
It's good that you are no longer feeding human food to your dog. It's really quite bad for them (table scraps, I'm talking about, not fresh veggies and lean chicken, that sort of thing.)
If he's been used to human food, it's only natural to hold out for a while for the "good stuff."
I'd urge to not look at this transition as a contest or a "who is boss" challenge. It's just a transition, plain and simple and your job is to HELP Harley transition. So, expect some confusion and also maybe even some reluctance to eat for a day or so.
Dogs really won't starve themselves, unless under extreme circumstances. Provide fresh food at the same time each day and if it's not eaten within 1/2 hour, pick it up.
It hopefully will be that simple for you.
