How do I add a photo to a forum?

I'm not sure how to add photos to a live forum. How do I do it?

Is this what you need?

start a new "tab" on your browser. copy and paste this link

http: / /jonradchenko.com/dogster/forumImage.html
(without the extra spaces.)

THEN open an account on Photobucket(or the like) and upload your photo you need to use. get the direct code link.
Copy and paste at the above address.
Title your pic
Copy code to post on forum.

Hope I explained that right.
