How can i make my dog comfortable when i trim her nails.

You can try giving her treats when cutting her nails. When she's acting good, give her a treat. Reward her for good behavior and she'll then be good when having her nails clipped.

I just take my dogs to the groomer/vet to have their nails cut, it's must faster and easier to do it that way.
