How can I get rid of the ugly collar ring around my dog's neck?

I have tried washing it and brushing it but nothing works! Please help!

Are you talking about the collar makeing the hair part arounld the neck? If so nothing can be done about it. If your talking about a stain try some grommers goop.

If it is stained you could always try a baking soda/water paste. Apply it and leave it on a few minutes, then rinse out. Or you can try applying some hydrogen peroxide to a towel or cloth then scrubbing the area. You might even be able to dilute the hydrogen peroxide with water and pour it onto the area, scrub, then rinse well followed by a good shampoo.

There is dog shampoos that you can buy for dogs they will say for whiteing or brighten the fur. :) If you can get a blue formula that will work the best.

If its just the fact that you dont like the line that the collar leaves in your dogs fur one of the best things you can to is get a rolled leather collar
