Hi, I have a 1 year old toy poodle, he weighs about 5 1/2 lbs. I recently got him shaved down to where he has just a fuzz on his skin. When he came home, he was acting a little strange, but I didnt mind it. Then yesterday, he started shaking in only his legs. I took a look, and he had this large patch of skin that had just rubbed off completely raw. I tried putting some hydrogen peroxide , and later Neosporin, but this morning there are no improvements. I'm really not sure what this is, so I'm getting worried. This wound is under where he defacates but closer to where he urinates.Im starting to wonder if I should call the vet, because he is still shaking non-stop. Will this heal on its own? Thanks for your help.

I can't tell without seeing it- it sounds like clipper burn from the groomer, but again, can't tell without seeing it. I recommend a vet visit as soon as you can.
