Has she been checked out by a vet??? Perhaps she has retained a placenta or a puppy and is sick!!!
Get her to a vet immediately!

I agree with the above answer.

Was this litter planned? If so, please make sure to thoroughly educate yourself on dog breeding, the responsibilities involved, and what is and is not normal in the future. Breeding without really knowing what you are doing increases the risks to your dog's health and life that are involved in breeding.
This page provides a few examples of what can go wrong and why it's important to thoroughly educate yourself:

Dieta

Vet, the answer is that.
She could have an infection, a pup inside of her, or be full of parasites.
It is hard to say a vet will help you with the issue.
this way she can get back on track fast she must be healthy to nurse all her babies. If she is sick you will have to feed all the babies by bottle for her. That would be every 2-3 hrs and into the nights.
