Help! My boxer puppy is about 7 month old and has been acting up!
We have been through two puppy training classes and until about a month ago he was very well behaved! Now we have to tell him numerous times to sit, which he knows how to do! He was been neutered. He also destroyed his bed last night by ripping and chewing it. We have had this bed for months with no issues. There have been no changes with our schedule and he is not alone very much so I don't think its seperation anxiety. He also gets walked daily, sometimes twice. We have heard that when puppies get a little older they go through an adolescent phase...is this true? And how do we correct it? He used to be so well behaved!(well, as well behaved as a goofy boxer can be :-) ) Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to Adolescence!
He will be pushing all the boundaries to see what he can get away with. Be consistent with the rules and reinforce the good behavior. I would exercise him more mentally (puzzles, stuffed kongs, games, obedience, etc..) and physically to get some of that extra energy out.
Good Luck! It doesn't last forever (thank goodness!)
