Your dog needs a vet. ASAP! Could be worms, parasites, who knows, but your dog needs to go to your vet!

It could be parvo, or so many things!!
When a dog has not drank water for 24 hours
eaten for more than 48 hrs
You MUST go to a VET ASAP!!!

You need to grab your dog, put him into the car and go to the vet NOW. Not tomorrow morning, not tomorrow afternoon, but NOW.
If a dog doesn't eat for a day, that's alright and won't hurt him. But if a dog doesn't drink for a day or has blood in his stool, that's an immediate emergency.
Your pup is also only six months old. Having not had any water for THREE DAYS can KILL HIM. You need to make sure he drinks immediately. If he won't take water, try giving him some from a syringe or bottle. Try some warm chicken broth instead of water, sometimes dogs are more likely to take that. You can also try (sugar free) Pedialyte to help rehydrate him.
But after three days without water, this is an immediate emergency. Your vet may need to put an IV in him to rehydrate.

Uhhhh, what are you doing online? You should be calling your vet to let them know you are coming NOW with an EMERGENCY! If it's not too late they most certainly will be giving him IV fluids - when you call, tell them EVERYTHING that is going on because your puppy might even have something as serious as Parvo - and you should be instructed to go into the vet's via a separate entrance. DO NOT LET YOUR DOG NEAR ANOTHER DOG UNTIL YOUR VET DISCOVERS WHAT IS WRONG.

Your dog looks like a puppy. I would consider this a major emergency, i.e., Parvo, Corona, Distemper. Take him to the vet NOW!!!
Right NOW!!! P L E A S E

I hope you've taken the pup to the vet by now and that he's doing better.
Everyone gave you good advice, especially Abby with the info about broth and dehydration.
Very scary stuff and not to be taken lightly, ever!

Hoping you will post a follow up to let us all know if you went to the vet's and what the outcome was.
