No, leave the tails alone.
The reason most breeds have their tails docked is either to meet the breed standard, or to protect true working dogs from injuring their tails in the field. As yours are mixed-breed pups, there's no need to worry about the breed standard, as do not have one. And as you probably won't be working Schnauzer-Pom mixes as any type of hunting dog, there's no need there, either.

i think that they would look so cute with their little tails. i feel it is your choice, but, i do agree that with mixed breeds, the "breed standard" doesnt really apply. so do as you feel best, just remember how cute they might look with tails! good luck !

If you have to ask, then you have answered your own question.
Mixed breeds should never be altered in any way, shape, or form. The ONLY reason to dock tails, crop ears, etc., is to meet the breed standard for purebred dogs, which yours are not. Working dogs (which many Terrier breeds are) will have their tails docked so they can perform their daily duties, however most of those breeds actually state a docked tail in the breed standard as well.
Docking tails, or any other altering surgery, requires very serious procedures and very skilled and knowledgeable vets. These vets will ask questions when you call to discuss the surgery, as any vet should when they are doing docks or crops, and I would hope that your vet wouldn't even consider doing it.

No! You are going to get some really cool looking dogs! Don't change a thing!
Mixed breeds are very beautiful and interesting because you never know what traits will combine in each dog.
For instance, we have a Maltese/Poodle mix (MaltePoo) and so do our friends. Our dog has the poodle face and ears, the maltese hair and the maltese tail. Our friends' dog has the maltese face and ears, the poodle hair and the maltese tail. They are both adorable, but look nothing alike.
There is no breed standard to adhere to with mixes, so no alteration is necessary. In fact, it would take away from the nice mix of features that come out in a mixed breed pup. Enjoy the pup as it is! It's probably adorable!
