YES i have when my chihuahua had her vaccinations her ears went floppy 1 of the went curled up the vet told me when they have ops or jabs there ears do fall BUT dont worry they will come back up. you can help by massaging them gently upwards. but i would not worry they will point back up when there ready, my mums chi had floppy ears for about 6 months after she was neutered

Try making him as comfortable as possible.
