CRUNCH the BULL-DOZER

Has anyone had or heard of any successful battles against HOA and weight limits?

I'm about to go to war with my Condo Assoc. over my pups weight and I am very adamant on having this rule updated (condo docs have not been revised since the 80's!). I was looking for any information that might help.

The site: www.petsincondos.org has tons of information about this kind of problem. I would check out the "legal info" section first. Try to make as many friends as possible in your HOA so they will vote with you in case you are succesful in getting any reform considered.
