Hard lump on my dogs belly

Hi, when i was randomly feeling my dogs belly out of curiosity i felt a hard lump , its not her belly button and its really hard and doesnt move so im guessing its attached to the muscle under the skin, its like a size of a nickle, you cant see it cuz of her hair but you can feel it. she didnt seem to be in pain from me examining it but ive never felt it before, does anyone know what it could be? shes acting normal its just the lump im worried about. thanks.

Chase

Definitely take her to the vet.
We just took Chase in on Sunday because of a lump on her leg/rump area. Her lump is soft though, and the vet told us not to worry about it.
He gave the impression that if it was a firm/hard lump it would be different though.
