We will be floating on inner tubes and ive seen people with homemade looking tubes theyve attached a bottom to so your butt doesnt scrape rock. i want something like that for my dog to sit in that he cant puncture with his toenails. hell be atleast 30 lbs by then. This is a slow moving relaxing river, not like rafting.

Just want to know if anyone knows how they attach bottoms to inner tubes. dont want to spend a fortune
