Found asmall Chihuahua with front of jaw broken, will it heal or is there anything that can be done for it

It's not going to heal correctly unless something is done for it, and if there are any puncture wounds you could be dealing with an infection soon.

I'd take it to the vet. Sooner rather than later would be best, and almost certainly cheaper than waiting until further problems do arise.

Take it to a vet pronto. .

Hopefully it is microchipped and you will find the owners.. the vet will be able to check that.

As the other member said, it won't heal properly on its own.
