You need to take the dog to an ER dog clinic that fever is way too high. Is that a rectal reading or an oral reading.
That dog can go into shock and die.

What else can you do? Seriously? How about taking the poor dog to the vet.
If it's money that makes people not want to take their sick or dying dogs to the vet, the longer you wait and the more you post on this site, the sicker the dog gets and the more it will cost and it defeats your whole purpose of not spending money you may not have. Then you end up spending even more money you don't have because now the vet possibly has to get super aggressive with treatments.
