It could be blood which means there's a chance it could be a bladder infection

Did she drink enough? Some dogs will get caught up in the activities, just like kids and forget to drink. I make mine stop and drink when they are active or if it's hot. Her urine should not be brown. I would take a sample to the vet and have them check it. Blood is usually red In the urine if it's present. My dogs have had UTI's and they usually can't hold their urine. So, if it was my dog, I would have her urine checked. Good luck with her!

Brown color can be a sign of bleeding into the urinary tract, damage to red blood cells, liver disease or the breakdown of muscle fibers. Take her to the vet ASAP.
