dog whining a lot of being fixed a week ago is this ok?
it is a female husky mix she is 9 weeks old and she as been whining for hours she was fixed on 12-24-12. it is still a little swollen

Take her to the vet. Could be an infection. Do it as soon as possible, At this young age, any infection can be life threatening.

Sounds like she needs the vet to check her out. She should have follow-up care anyway. She's probably whining because she's in pain. Post-surgical infections are a big deal. I'd take her in right away.
