Does anyone know of a resource for re-homing a dog that bites?

Small dog (Havanese). Very sweet with his adult owners, but has given warning bites (not deep & always to people's hands) with strangers. Not good with children & we have 2 kids :(

first off the strangers should NEVER put their hand down to the dog. Second the dog should come to them. The dog is most likely fearful and can't say it is afraid or doesn't want to be bothered so it bites you are likely it has not given a bad bite (stitches) if you plan to give the dog away make sure you have something written out and they have to sign that says they know the dog gives warning bites and anything else you know about the dog that way if they try to sue you you have it on paper and put the signing of the paper is legfal and binding WROTE ON THE PAPER THEY SIGN. I also would put on it if for any reason they don't want to keep the dog they can return it to you. this way you know the dog is not going to go to the pound and maybe put down.

don't know what else to say
