Did Dogster get rid of Family IDs?

I'm writing a gift subscription for plus, for a friend but can't find my Family ID. The last time I wrote one, I put the family ID up there (but now I can't find it anywhere on the website.) Did they get rid of it? I'd rather not type out all of my pet's IDs

I think that you can put only one ID there if you want to, but I'm not sure...
