Crate training it is!!! What are the steps I need to take to crate train my 2year old adopted toy pomeranian?

You can start by feeding him in the crate with the door open. Then you can play a game by throwing toys or treats in and letting him retrieve them with the door open. Make it so he isn't afraid of it. Make it a fun thing. Then you can lock him in it for short periods of time to start. Good Luck!
