He is aggressive with strangers and will bite. Owners moving out of country and need to find home or euthanize. Would prefer not to euthanize, and have even been told there is no where this can be done anyway. Owners live in Maryland. Looking for a place to start looking for options, but don't know where to begin. It's hard enough to find homes for dogs that don't. The only thing I can suggest is look for a no kill shelter. Times are tough for any non profit right now, so you have a hard road ahead in trying to place him. I would start googling no kill shelters. You can also try Chow rescues or Shepherd rescues.
