Charged even though I canceled Dogster Plus...continued.
I can't answer my own question so I have to ask a new one to answer issues raised by the nice folks who answered my first question.
I did contact HQ but so far no response. I have also contacted PayPal. I have the e-mails from both Dogster and PayPal saying my subscription was canceled last year. I wanted to post the information here to alert others that this may happen to them as well and to check closely to make sure they have really canceled.
Right now I don't have time for Dogster. Real life is getting in the way.
Please support your local shelters and rescues! Many dogs being dumped and the Big Box Organizations like the HSUS and ASPCA are trying to shut down home based rescues.....don't let them!

HQ gets hundred of emails daily. Sometimes if takes a day or two before they respond. For a quicker response, call them on the phone. Phone number at the page I gave you before.

Hang in there and give HQ time. They will get it straightened out.
Sounds like your Dogster subscription money will be well used to help homeless dogs.
