My dog is 15yrs old.She has hip problems and her back legs will start spreading out while standing to eat.She is on medicine(previcox). Her can't strain to have a bowel movement for some reason. She poops when she walks or while I groom her.She has no control. Its always a small amount and hard.Could she be losing control of her bowels?
