Can you tell what Snoops is?

I have already asked this question before but i thought i would put it out there again since i finally got a recent video and pic of him uploaded.Im POSITIVE he is a basset mix but im not sure what the other half could be..He is jet black with a white chin and white blaze on his chest.Now he is older in the sun I can see dark chocholate rust coloring around his lips and on his cheeks,there is also a bit around his legs.You may not be able to notice it in the video.He also has white bolo marks under his paws.Even though he isnt very big he has a VERY DEEP raspy basset hound bark and sometimes will "Bay" when he is barking especially at sirens.


When we were getting his shots as a puppy the vet said he looked like a Basset/Cocker Spaniel.



He is 11inches at the shoulder and is 25lbs.

Snoops really really looks like he has Labrador in him! I would guess a Basset Hound/Lab but his height makes me a little iffy. You never know for sure with mixes but that would be my best bet.
You would think your vet would know best, but to me he doesn't look like he has Cocker Spaniel, since they are normally hairy and have a different figure.

Snoop has either German Shorthaired Pointer/Weinmariner and Lab...no doubt about the face
