Can puppy nap in bed sometimes?

Although we are crate training our two month old Boston Terrier by teaching her to be alone in the crate 3-5 times a day + most of the night, is it okay for her to lay around with us in bed and on the couch when we want to hang out with her? Is this making it more difficult for her to be separated from us when she is, or is it good to bond with her like this to balance out her alone time?

It depends on what your preference is. Some people let their dogs sleep with them and others don't allow it. It's completely up to you. Just be careful you don't roll on her in your sleep. She's still small and can be hurt easily.
