Can my dog get sick from cat scratches?

Bella & the our 9 month old kitten wrestle alot. Lately I have noticed that Callie has left scratches on Bella's back. She isn't in pain, she's just really itchy. Both are up to date on shots & Callie is an indoor cat. Any of you that have dogs & cats ever experience this? If so can you give me any advice. I am going to call the vet. I just wondered if any one else has gone through this & what you did.
