Can my 6 month old vacinated puppy get parvo from my 3 month old puppy after its been treated and isolated for a month?

Typically we aren't concerned about dogs that have been properly vaccinated at 8, 12 and 16 weeks for parvo.

I would definitely keep an eye on both puppies.

First, there are some strains of parvo that are vaccine-resistant, meaning your dog can still get it even if he is vaccinated.

Second, there is some concern about how soon after vaccination the dog is truly protected by the vaccine. Just because you got vaccinated today does not necessarily mean your pup is safe.

Third, even if you treated the sick puppy for parvo, there is still a chance that your healthy puppy can contract parvo from areas the sick pup has been in. Ground contaminated with feces from a dog sick with parvo can have the virus living in it for up to 6 months, unless it is treated. (Your vet's office can tell you how to treat your yard.)
