Can my 19lbs miniature schnauzer fly in the cabin with me? I'm traveling from Korea to the states and it's 20 hours!

Given that your dog is 19lbs, they might not let you travel with him in cabin because the top weight is 20lbs combined WITH the carrier, so if the carrier makes him weigh more than 20lbs, they won't let him up in the cabin.
