Contrary to popular belief, dogs should NEVER be given bones to chew on or eat.
Bones are actually quite dangerous for dogs and many dogs end up in the emergency room with problems related to being given bones.
For example, bones can splinter and get caught in the throat, they can become lodged further down the esophagus or in the intestinal tract. If they break, they can puncture the dog's intestines, which can even be fatal.
I would say that if you wanted to give them the meat WITHOUT the bones, that would be okay. Just make sure that the meat isn't too fatty or doesn't have too much skin or butter on it.
Dogs can also get something called pancreatitis, which is a serious condition caused by eating too much fatty food.

Since you said you "made duck", I'm assuming that these bones are cooked as is the meat. You should never ever feed a dog cooked bones of any kind.
When you cook bones, it alters their makeup and makes them brittle and easy to splinter lengthwise. This can be very dangerous and cause injuries to your dog's throat, stomach, and intestines. Therefore, never feed cooked bones of any kind.
I would also probably not feed duck meat, simply because it is very fatty.
That all said, Jack's statement that dogs should "never be given bones to chew on and eat" is wrong.
Bones make up a large part of a healthy raw diet (BARF - biologically appropriate raw food or bones and raw food) because our dogs get a lot of nutrients out of the bones. Bones that are fed must be SOFT bones, such as any part of the chicken, and they MUST be raw or they're dangerous. Weight-bearing bones, such as cow leg bones, for example, are too dense to be eaten and can break a dog's teeth.

You should never give a dog a bone from an animal. The bones can shatter when the dog chews on them and make them choke. The best bet is, to buy a bone in the store. Still, bones kill dogs everyday because they choke. No bone is super safe.
