My dog starts sneezing when I pick her up.

I wouldn't think so, but I have no idea. Never heard of a dog being allergic to people
Are you wearing anything like perfume? Cologne? That could be causing the dog to sneeze.

It may have been the detergent you wash your clothing in as well...good luck!
