He/she should be full grown at 1 year old. Maybe a little under a year, it depends

Boxers are a large breed, so they will take about 18 months to 2 years to fully develop, when the growth plates have fused, & they've had the benefits of all their hormones.

Wiley is right, it takes 18 months to two years for a boxer to reach full growth.
Even my toy poodles are not full grown at a year.
