since they are recognized as a large breed, they will stop growing between a 1.5 yrs to 2yrs of age.

He may continue to grow taller up to about 18 months, but may continue to fill out until he his 2-3 years old. Squ'mey is 20 months old now & has finally stopped getting taller. He is filling out in the chest & torso now.

They should have their height by 7-9 months. But they will keep filling out in the chest and adding muscle up until they are 2 1/2 years old. Just depending on the dog and breeding.
