Are dog does not want to eat. what do we do he hasent got up he is always sitting down and sleeping and he does'nt eat

We are not veterinarians here on Dogster Answers, and even if we were, we could not diagnose and treat your dog without examining it in person.
You need to get your dog to a veterinarian for treatment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!
There could be any number of things causing his problems but without being seen and treated by a vet it IS possible your dog could die.
Please get off the internet now and get him to a veterinarian!!!

I am going to have to agree, if the dog has not eaten in a couple of days, and is not acting normal, then you do need to get the dog help. A vet visit could be needed.
