Very vague question...

Is this a new thing? Was she housebroken before? If so, you may want to have her checked for a UTI. If she's been peeing in the house since she was a young pup, she's simply not housebroken.

Is this a new thing, or is she just still having accidents?

Bowerman wasn't fully accident free until after 7 months. From 7 months on he gradually had less and less accidents. But we had to be really attentive. We knew his schedule, and would take him outside to pee right away. If we waited he would have an accident. He's a year now and fully accident free. And he's pretty good at holding/controlling his bladder.
