Please post this on the health forum on this site. There are more people to give advice. What does the vet think it is? Have you changed her food? Added probiotics?

What did your vet say, if the dog is hurting, then maybe you need to find another vet if this one can not find anything.Maybe another vet can find something or do different tests to help your dog. I wish you the best for your dog.
