9mos shipoo. She still chews on all of us but we know that is just a puppy thing.But she goes crazy with strangers. Bites them! THe moblie groomer cant even groom her. She tried to "sttack" her. What the heck should we do?

Have you considered taking her to a puppy socialization class? She needs to learn basic commands and learn that other people CAN be trusted.

At nine months old she should be well past the chewing stage especially any teeth contact on human skin. I agree with the previous poster, she needs a good socialization training class.
