3 year old coon hound/great dane mix has bouts of diarrhea every 2 weeks; it vanishes when he's given an antibiotic but

comes back immediately after. He has been receiving subQ fluids for elevated creatnine levels since the summer; his creatnine is stable at around 1.8 when he's on the fluids. His hind quarters also seem to bother him. We have had our vet run every test imaginable on him and he has had x-rays and ultrasounds galore. Our vet is wonderful but we are going on almost a year now and we STILL have not received a diagnosis for what this poor boy has. He is happy and has an appetite...but we just don't know what to do to help him. Another vet in the practice thinks it may be Addison's disease but our main vet disagrees. We are desperate for an answer! If anyone has any ideas or input, please share. Thank you so much!

Did your vet test for IBS? I assume you have switched his food before as well, but he may be allergic to wheat or something similar in the food.
